I wanted sister locs BAD but my mom started my hair in her own version of micro locs by doing two strand twists. I’m almost a year in and it’s sooooo worth it! And I saved a bunch of money that I didn’t have to begin with lol

I started with two strand twists also. My loctician did them very small that everybody thinks I have sisterlocs. I sometimes wish I would have went the sisterloc route...but they both will look the same after they mature. I'm 22-months in the game this month..💪🏾
