Brother Adam, I'm new to your channel. To see a young man such as yourself this dedicated to our Lord makes my heart smile. You speak truth to life and you know what you're talking about! I'm sorry to hear that some friends may have decided to bail on you because of your faith. I, at 57yo, have one friend I've known since my mid-20s time and time again challenge my faith and Christianity in general. It's not easy. We want to see the best for those we love, but in the end, we can't force their decision. While I'm sad that she isn't willing to listen, I've met so many more new friends (I came back to the faith almost two years ago) who love and support me. It's clear that Jesus and your faith are super important to you (me, too) and I just want to encourage you to not let those who turn away to cause you to do the same. Also, I know what you mean about shame and being ashamed. In the video I watched after this one, "Replace Sins with SENSE", you mention that He not only forgives, but also FORGETS our sins. It's okay to let go of the shame of our past and focus on the future He plans for us. Please don't hold onto that shame too tightly; maybe only enough to be a reminder of what you DON'T want to do/be anymore. Because you aren't that Adam anymore. You're a new Adam in Christ. :) Keep the faith. Stay the course. Trust in God. I'm slowly but surely working my way through all your videos and you are simply an amazing young man and disciple of our Lord!
