She literally reharmonized the song and played it for 3 minutes straight. Pretty rare on youtube to be honest. She has a real talent.

She substituted a lot of the chords in the original song for more interesting and jazzier options, and it is frankly a superior composition from the original. I would say this is even better than a cover--it's almost a new composition based on an original, and acoustic jazz remix if you will. I would love to the hear this recorded in high quality, with the voice and guitar properly mixed. Stunning.
