When i started 2 years ago i blew my account severally trading with that pair and all signal providers where all trading xauusd But this year i decided to go into nzdusd or gbpusd their are less signal providers for this pairs

Very informative video...But i trade gold only with four years experience...The reason why i stick to only gold is due to the fact that gold respect market structure a lot and it suits my trading style (swing trade)...Just learn how to practice strict good money management on gold you will be fine

Bro there’s nothing like wrong pair or instrument… You can’t be risking 1k for instance, then use 10 lot size on GU and same 10 lot size on Gold, it’s absurd… Calculate your risk based on the amount you’re risking and the value btw your entry point and stop loss point; then you will get your lot size to use for the trade. Risk calculator is time wasting and old fashioned. All you need is dividing your risk amount with your risk perimeter, you’ll get your lot size. Trading is not so difficult, we’re making it so difficult unnecessarily. Nice video anyway 👍🏽

y'all say xauusd will get you more money with a small move than other pairs do, the thing you fail to understand is that, whatever money you make is relative to your risk. Say you place a trade on xauusd and your stop loss is $10 worth, if that trade moves twice your stop loss, you can only make $20 profit, same as if you place a gbpusd trade with $10 SL and it moves twice your SL, you make $20. It all depends on your risk, don't get yourselves confused. Always make sure to calculate your risk.
@@ceitee na you get it boss. These people just de confuse themselves. I stop trading gold because it's harder to calculate risk. To calculate the pips is kinda confusing and you will easily mess up your RR strategy with it.
@@hitflash9921I use mt5 to trade, I don't get to use any position size calculator anymore, mt5 has this tool that I use to calculate my risk. There are two red and blue icons at the top right, I don't know the names, one is round and the other is a box, when you tap the round one, it has options for buy and sell stops and limits, if I want to buy, I use the buy stop option, place it slightly above the current price, then there's also SL and TP options, I select SL option then place it where I want my stop loss to be, it's a horizontal ray, it will automatically show you how much you're risking, if the risk amount is not the one you want, then you can be adjusting the lot size till the risk amount is what you want, that's how I get my lot size, though I won't place the trade as a buy stop, i execute it instantly.
It can be traded as a beginner but it requires special analysis especially with marking the psyche levels because the pip range is very large just like BTC If you have a small account as a beginner, stay away from it as there's no lot size for you to use that ensures proper risk management
if you want to trade XAUUSD u need to divide the Lot size by 10 eg. 1SDL in EU = 0.1 SDL in XAUUSD. If you are trading with the same position size then you are trading with 10x your intended risk
Thanks a lot, am casmir I have been trading for long time now and I have discovered that gold always maintain or often respect it zone like older blocks or trend lines unlike other pairs they are manipulative sometimes when looking at DXY you will get more confused because the EU may reach the other block or trend line and the DXY is not in the oder block or trend line sometimes the EU will pass the order block or trend line and when the DXY reach it's order block or trend line you will see a reaction in EU and it not like that in gold just know your trend and follow it and avoid taking trade around liquidity pool
