I really enjoy your videos. Most of the self-improvement channels talk about what to do to improve our lives but unfortunately, they fail to give actionable steps that are in simple language. I want you to make a video on how to get over a bad experience of life , How to get over an exam failure which happened few years back and just because of that one incident or that one failure in an exam made you stop even trying for the next . I was thinking that we get mentally tired while taking many decisions for our life but then remembered your video and thought… but we also take decisions while playing games but the same mental fatigue is not there at that time 🤔🤔🤔

Mental fatigue happens - but it shows up when you're making decisions about your life and not in the game itself. That's why gamers feel drained after long bouts of gaming.

Hello Adete di, I'm preparing for govt exam which is going to happen after Sept-Oct and process will take 6 months from there & i want to clear that, thats the goal but apart from it i want to manifest healthy body, mind &soul, earning amount as an aspirant or student for own expenses etc but confused how much amt to write as exam k bad salary 70-80k ki hogi toh abhi kitna amt dalu ya na dalu, small trips, and loving relationship with everyone and genuine frnds. For all this i can make Vision Board but while affirming or scripting which wish to write first I'm confused can u help?

Heyy Parul...we have to choose our battles. If this is something that can give you the kind of life you want 6-8 months down the line. It definitely. makes sense to prioritise first. Clear your exam and you can begin to bring all your other goals to life as well. But I will say that your healthy mind and body go hand in hand. You should have a basic routine to keep your health going because that is what will contribute significantly in your exam success as well. And all the best for your exam. Rooting for you

Notion is getting pretty hectic for me like i am that person who is trying to reduce my screen time so i probablly might write all that notion worksheet in my journal and will answer that worksheet in my journal itself is that a good way adete!?
