It is called “The Miracles and Prophecies of Saint John Bosco.” But today, I am going to attempt to summarize his incredible, action-packed life in just one video. Hello, been so blessed with your posts about St Don Bosco. May you please if you could post details about maltreatment that the holy Saint coped from his brother, Anthony? We can't choose our family members and thus would love to learn on how this holy Sait dealt with some sort of abuse/bully. Thanks kindly.

5th of June, Don Bosco was ordained. I will never forget that date because it is my birthday. Thank you so much Matthew for this wonderful encounter. The story of Don Bosco and the way you narrate the story brings so much joy to my heart and sometimes tears to my eyes. May God bless you abundantly and Our Lady keep you under Her mantle.

A wonderful overview of his most saintly life! I’m just curious, is the picture shown at 1:10 and 2:00 a genuine photograph of Saint Don Bosco as a boy?

Thanks for watching this one! It's actually a stock photo of a young man who I thought looked very innocent. He's exactly how I imagine Saint John Bosco at that young age. I had to use it because there are no pictures of him at that stage of his life.

Don is an abbreviation of the Latin dominus, master. It is used in ltaly as a title for priests; it stands for Father. His given name was Giovanni (John) Melchior Bosco.
