Don Cameron, vice president and general manager of Terranova Ranch in Helm, California and president of the California State Board of Food and Agriculture, has been working on a groundwater recharge plan for about 20 years to convey floodwaters from the Kings River through Terranova Ranch and other nearby properties.
Special thank you to the California Department of Water Resources for the aerial video and photographs of the 2023 storm impacts and snow surveys.
