Don is an amazing father, husband, comedian and good guy. I have worked with him at the San Jose Improv for 2 years. Always enjoyed his time and he was always accommodating and affable.

But, the pessimistic solution is that you don't know the third person intention, so on 3 you have 2 chances of getting an adjacent person while im 1 you only have 1.... It might be safer, explaining our intuition, since we don't know the people that go in the bathroom
