This is Scrooge, but not the Scrooge we are used to see, this is Scrooge when he is bitter and alone, sitting in his robe in the mansion. If you read "The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck" by Don Rosa, you will recognize this Scrooge from beginning of chapter 12.
