I know it, please excuse me, but I still thinking that here is a manipulation from foreign agencies. I know that there is a energy crisis in DPRK, but the Satellital pictures show that ''there is no electricity'' I know that I'm probably wrong with my statement, but I still thinking that the darkness of DPRK is not because of lack of energy, but because of energy saving or my theory about the Photoshop tricks. I'm sure that the North Korean cities aren't so dark, I think that the North Korean ''Black Nigth Landscape'' that we see in the Satellital pictures are no more than simple photoshop tricks
