i think the tips are solid but i think you should still work on your technique with aim trainers. there's now a scenario for everything and good strategies to improve aim. personally, it helped me immensely, not only to get used to new gear faster(mouse, glass pad, skates, etc) buy also to work on certain aspects of my aim that would take forever and 3 days to iron out in DM or MM. also note that every aspect of aim works together. dynamic, static, tracking, switching, evasive all correlate with each other. last but not least, upgrade your gear. get the highest refresh rate monitor and the most FPS you can. reduce the render queue and the end to end latency of your system as much as possible. THIS might help more in the LONG term than sny of these aim trainer videos combined. the clarity of motion while you turn quickly while the enemy is moving is fundamental to good reading, easier reactiveness and will result in a calmer decision. anyone that tells you otherwise is most likely an absolute noob with copium coming out his ears.
@@memes4life140 been training with VDIM for a while now. it's fun for me because there are no cheaters that bother me. working on masters complete now. just 5more scenarios 🤣
@@memes4life140 I'd say at the very least it won't hurt. i was "wasting" a lot of hours just messing around with aim trainers and having fun and playing a ton of lists from content creators, but in terms of results VDIM helped me the most. i actually went back to novice and played those for a while just to smooth out some bad habits. i think it's most important to have fun while improving, so mix it up with something else from time to time. just always try to work on something even if it's something really small and easy.
@@xRealUzz tried to reply to it, but it's either too long or it doesn't like external links... not sure what happened. anyway, got different shit to do now
Something I forgot how to do while improving was just having fun. I stopped playing swift plays, tdms, and just enjoying Valorant for a long while. I was stuck in asc with no end in sight. But my friend really helped me learn to have fun again. I’ve been on a crazy win streak, I’ve played other games to improve other aspects of my aim, and I just genuinely enjoy playing Valorant again! Don’t forget at the end of the day, if you’re not having fun it’s not worth it!
this is it, the one video that needs to be watched , learned, understood and applied to aiming. Its so simple really i was exploring these very things 2 days ago and my aim vastly improved. Good videoe
Thank you! A lot of people forget the basics, the level 1 stuff that will follow your entire ''journey'' with aiming. Im trying to upload more consistently but I lack free time, work and college eat up a lot of time that I could be making videos. Maybe some time in near future if I get monetization on this channel and start cranking up more views, ill 100% go full time with content and it will be much better than this
@@mikisol post this stuff everywhere so that you have an empire when you get free time and by that i mean all social media stuff these kids need to learn
I knew this but every so often I forget and fall into old habits and change everything, thanks for not only reminding me but also reassuring me that these tips actually do work and I need to stay on course
This video is definitely helpful. But if you haven’t played a lot of pc games, spending time in an aim trainer just working on mouse control is hugely beneficial.
I went to Valorant after CS being my main shooter for years, and the comparison you made between them couldn't be any more true. People often claim that ''ooh just because you played CS for x hours you will be good at Valorant'', but to me, it felt the opposite. Forcing myself to not crouch spray took like... probably over a hundred hours.
While all these are good tips, one of the keys to consistency I believe is aim trainers. You can much more quickly improve your weakness and enhance your strengths with aim trainers while also helping maintain all aspects of your aim. I used to do zero aim training and put all my time into CS itself, however in the past 1.5 months I've seen the biggest increase in constitancy and aim from just 30 mins of aim training a few times a week. My aim is warmedup from training and all aspects are improved. as a rule of thumb don't spend more then 20% of your gaming time in aim training but even a little can go along way. Even skills that seen divorced from raw aim like crosshair placement is increased by aim training. At the end of the day games like cs are about putting your crosshair on your enemies head faster then they can do the same, and aim training is training this directly.
Tension managemnt Mousespace management Tracking helps with aiming more than flicks, improves mouse control Speed will come with accuracy never stay in comfort zone
In my opinion, if you feel delay in the game, it may be due to bad sense. The best way to get your bearings is to walk around the blank map and flick the small objects that are located there
I'm going to say a tip that really no one does or has thought about. These people who aim like aimbots are still doing something wrong. They stop shooting between switching from one person to the next. If you have godlike aim, there's no need to stop shooting in between targets. Can't wait to see someone else do this.
That's not a mistake it's most likely intentional, the only games you can effectively do that in are arcade fps like cod, apex and battlefield and the like, you can spray transfer in Cs and valorant but stopping between targets is usually very necessary
one important tip i can give is Dont overdo aim training it can be your downfall back in the day on siege i would aimtrain 3 hours a day and by the time i got into games i was already worn out set a routine and stick to it consistency is key only in moderation
It's simpler than that. It's just that everyone has a different Electrical Input Lag. Those who don't have it - they headshot machines, since everything works fine for them. Mine, unfortunately, is absolute hell. Floating mouse, etc. All resulting from electrical interference. Who knows, knows.
this content is godtier, reminds me old times when i rewatch Julien's (area) csgo highlights and train and train more and more After 1k training hours in csgo and around 200hrs in kovaak i agree with anything that he is said, sadly nobody talks about calm aim
i mean tension management aka calm aim is literally a staple in the aim training community, its the first thing you hear from every top tier aim trainer main. BUT, it is true that a lot of content made for people who arent into aim training do not talk about it at all.
One thing that bothers me a lot is that there are some days when I'm playing really well and suddenly I start playing really badly. This week I was making a lot of kills. I went to play just now and nothing was working and my aim was horrible. Playing on Mk and always having consistency is not easy in my game Apex legends
That's a issue a lot of people have. It comes down to how you feel, how u slept, how your day was and etc. There are things that you might not ''feel'' but your body/mind does and that hingers your ingame performance
For me my setup is definitley holding back my aim, i have the muscle memory to make the adjustments needed to ain but always fall short, for example, micro adjusting is very hard for me but not because i dont know how, its because i feel my mouse pad and mouse physically dont allow me to, its annoying because there are so many diffrent setup combinations and its gonna take so long to understand what is right for me (mouse shape, mouse pad speed etc) and i honestly dont know what to do, i already did switch quite a bit of stuff and idk how to find what is right for me, i know it sounds like a skill issue but it isnt.
Sure this is really good advice but it takes a longggg time to improve your aim if you are just going to play the game. Personally i got about 2k hours cs 1k hours val and my i am only voltaic platinum. So if u are dedicated to becoming a higher rank and get better aim maybe only like 15min a day playing voltaic is good. There is countless of pro players like Jinggg, EliGe (1million dollars in earnings) that use voltaic daily for example Eliege with 1million dollars earned has about 1k hours in voltaic, jinggg with 900 hours etc. But these are really good tips but if u really wanna improve fast then play voltaic
Some tips here a valuable but in no way will anyone achieve the aim showcased in the start of the video by following this, they are good keypoints to learn and use but the pros have their mechincal aim from 10000 hours at a minimum usually with some pros in the 15k+ level, you can either sink those hours in or effectively train the techniques and aiming style required from the game in an aim trainer and learn at an incredibly faster rate, aim trainers allow focused practice in a controlled environment, sure you can practice in game and you should but using an aim trainer is like a 2x xp booster
So you're saying that we should not rush our shots, like everyone else is saying, which IS 100% RIGHT. But truth is, if you don't have good movements with counterstrafe/deadzone AND if you are unable to aim while moving, you'll die before even having a crosshair head confirmation. So you have to practice in range your movement, basically strafing randomly and 2tapping the earliest possible after a strafe.
hey miki, are you planning to try XDefiant when it comes? I love your content, also, I share the same thought as you about muscle memory is a myth, I believe in mouse control.
Sure but when and where should i use arm vs wrist aiming? Like 3:25, i personally also choose cs as its my main game, should i do these movements with my wrist? My arm? Or both? I dont really know what i actually do ingame since i never payed attention to it... and ive got 2.5k hours in this shit game
why didnt you mention the edpi? Every game has his average edpi.. the better thing is to look it up for the games you play... and pick a range between high and low edpi...
edpi is irrelevant, sens is more or less irrelevant. Set dpi to what feels best for u and play around with in-game sens until it feels just right. Dont focus with numbers on paper
by twitch:HopeDaBeast, that is literally just clip, what edit went into it? I always want to make sure that credit is given but im now confused where I missed giving it
Honestly, not a great video. You show some insane clips at the beginning and then go to say "just slow down and relax, and study game mechanics" which is like just 10% of getting there.
click bait video . thumbnail says don't train but all of the video you are talking about training . go buy a good mouse then train your wrist with Wrist and finger Strength Exercises then you are good to go. if you have a week hand and body you cant aim . trust me.
Encyclopedia of Aiming confirmed . Nice one brate , also i want to give a big advice that for me personally worked and helped my aim a lot , do not play with sound ! Why ? It helps your aim position ,to adjust with the in-game environment. No sound = you need to be careful in every corner and also you focus more in the game . I know it sounds like a joke but it helps a lot, creating a 360 degree environment ,based only visually, rather than hoping for info through your audio. If you master that visual environment without sound , you can imagine what happens when you open the sound option xD .Experimentation always destroyes your comfort zone , and thats where the magic begins :)
As a matter of fact various sensitivities, calm/tense aim, tracking and flicking are all pure mouse control (aim) which is a raw skill. You can hyperfocus and improve in everything you mentioned more efficiently using various aim training scenarios which then you can apply ingame by well playing it. Game knowledge/understanding and aim are two fundementally different skills!
Clickbait video. All you said was dont aintrain them proceded to ramble about extremely basic aim mechanics like tension, flicking vs tracking, etc Cs and valorant pros aim is only decent compared to most aimtrainer mains (elige is only VT grandmaster, nowhere close to nova or celestial)
a veces dar el primer disparo lo es todo y los profesionales lo hacen seguido, pero, los jugadores casuales nos cuesta trabajo ¿hay algún tip o truco que recomiendes?
I agree, at certain point of skill level sens becomes a ''tool'' you use for maxing performance on XX scenarios ingame... but that part of video is targeted towards new comers on PC and overall people who are still on a surface level of knowledge :)
