When we ignore things that are bad, it is ignorance, for we only feed it by ignoring it. This is why our world is in chaos because people think by ignoring it, it will go away, which is the total opposite effect. We have to embrace it.

It's the same way with trauma actually. Interesting. Running away (denying it) just strengthens it and digs the hole deeper.

Where attention goes, energy flows. This is such a helpful mantra. Fearing something is just as good as making room in your life for whatever it is you fear. You attract what you're fearing by fearing it - bc where attention goes, energy flows.

My dad always said we will all die someday that is a sure thing. But never take your life because you never know what tomorrow brings, things always change. He was right. I was at rock bottom once and the life I created now is amazing . We always have tomorrow never give up our time will come when the lord says so.

With everything I have uncovered (and I've been searching far and wide for 30+ years) taking one's life is not a way out but a surefire form of eternal punishment in the afterlife. We've been duped into thinking and even sadly believing that we are merely our bodies and nothing more. This couldn't be further from the truth. Our soul and God know what we never learn and never will be taught in this material realm. We must trust our soul's innate knowing of our beautiful connection to the spiritual realm and that it will always lead us back, but only when our time is right. Our souls can easily get trapped in the carefully created threshold of the spiritual realm (the 8th sphere) on our way to the ever after if we're not knowledgeable of and take heed to the work necessary in order to both recognize and bypass it. Suicide is a guaranteed ticket directly there, unfortunately. I'm sorry to say but Satan is most definitely real and your soul is what he wants. He's been at his game longer than most of us have been alive. He's quite tricky and has many helpers. He banks on our ignorance. Rudolf Steiner's work is extremely helpful in innerstanding and navigating the spiritual realm and recognizing Satan and his work (Steiner calls him Ahriman). The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was making so many believe he doesn't exist.
