"Wow, this is the time! Energy is high. Weather is warm. This is the time to get yourself moving, physically; not mentally.
Give your mind a rest and embrace these warm summer days. Consider something you've always wanted to do and do it. For real, don't just say you'll do it.
With this, the 3 Things to Know for the July 21, 2024 Full Moon are:
1. Don't be shy. If there is something you want, go for it.
2. Embrace body movement. The natural healing that the warmth of the sun gives cannot be wasted. Get outside and move your body.
3. Try something new. You might surprise yourself. What you're capable of and what you actually enjoy. Stay open to new opportunities that come your way.
All these things feel exciting so don't hold back and enjoy yourself.
