Princess Catherine undergone major surgery in January and she announced that she will be back after Easter, but then February came and she was informed that she has cancer. So in her announcement she said that her treatment will start and we can tell it was in March. For what I know chemotherapy or any cancer treatment do not happen overnight. It will take at least 6 to 12 months if God willing for the treatment to be effective. Get your facts straight and do not confuse your audience. If you are a good reporter you will not show you are bias.

Good point. But everything depends on the kind and stage of cancer. Some adjuvant chemo is just 3 months (Capox). Most is 6 months (Cape). 9 to 12 months is very unlikely for adjuvant. And as she said 'a few more', I would dare to suggest it's probably a 24 week treatment, putting her at the end of august. Just speculating, but my sister-in-law (nurse in oncology) says this is most frequent and likely.

Oh, for HEAVEN'S SAKE! You got the Princess of Wales giving a marvellous statement to camera when she was feeling as rough as she's ever felt - and Joanna is carping against her privacy and mentioning the old frauds Megs & Harry in the same breath! Megs & Harry pretended to want privacy, when what they really wanted was nonstop publicity but no royal duties. Meg is on speed-dial to the paps all the time and ALL her pictures are heavily doctored, not just edited. Joanna, the whole country IS behind Catherine. Don't try to dictate what she should be feeling and doing.

For goodness sake the poor lady is fighting cancer and having treatment. Why should she have had to do a short video back in March. This statement is unbelievable. How someone may look on the outside does not show how they may be feeling on the inside. Well said for that chap Alex to try and defend her photo. Its her cancer and the fact she told the world about this does not mean she has to say what type of cancer she has, thats her story and right to disclose what she wants to. She is a human being for gods sake going through a very difficult time and has three young children to consider.

What I see in that photo is Catherine's back to the woods, with a stoic graceful glance up to the sky, very relaxed and poised, to me it shows how far she's come, and the glance up to the sky with the slight smile on her face tells me she's almost there. A perfect photo to match the perfect statement.
