Yes you'll find plenty of patients for bhms here, I can't say labs coz I don't know much about bhms..

Look if you've already booked the hostel and you want to change it, you can after shifting to the booked one if and only if any room has vacant space, and you can only updgrade, you can't downgrade to the cheaper one.
