i know this is 2 years old but that 100% a chrysler 8.25. the flat bottom is a dead giveaway. rubber plug isn’t a way to identify them because both of them could have them. (my d35 has a rubber plug)
I have a 2001 XJ 2 door and its the same color. I’m glad I watched the video. I ran out to my garage, opened the door and Thank the Lord my steering was there! Then I popped open the Hood and the 4.0 engine was still in place! Can you tell me if this is some kind of Jeep Mystery? Missing engines etc.
Cool, why I asked is do you know if there is a fix for the front diff with the cracking when off roading ? heard its a soft ride with IFS but has the floor ?
I honestly don't have any idea, maybe try bleepin jeep? I know nothing about the KJ platform. I would suggest forums that's what I'm using to do my 2.8 to 4.0 swap on my MJ.
