But mam, tiles also same drawback . I have lived in both type of flooring. Tiles should be put mop every single day. It causes a big mess in kitchen. If anything is poured there are too much of stains like coffee tea or any color materials. But in marble it is not like that. No stain are there. Need not be mopped every single day . No need to polish every 1.5 or 2 years. But it is still good-looking for past 15 years . We bought it directly from rajasthan in 1997. But it's long lasting. I lived in a tiled house for 13 yrs . I hired a maid purposely to mop the house every day. Tiles Is more risk than marble . In tamilnadu we live in hot climate for nearly 8 months a year. It reflects it cooling property and makes us feel cool in summer also . Now you can reply for me.
