Who’s ”literally turning around everytime” when checking a headrest mirror? You don’t, you check it through your rear mirror. How is that dangerous? Much simpler and cheaper than mounting a camera solution.
It's the fact of "turning around" personally that I find distracting. What if you're baby does something cute - some people (not tall) might be distracted too long and cause an accident or not be paying attention. Nothing is 100% safe, it's just personal preference
@@theberardo But why would you ever need to turn around? You can see the baby in your rearview mirror. You don’t need to turn around to see the baby through a headrest mirror. How is the camera any different? It’s the same effect.
@@theberardo That's a very different statement from what you're said in the video when you advised against classic mirrors and justified the Tiny Traveler: "That just doesn't seem safe anymore. In fact, I don't even know how they can sell those, because you're literally turning around every single time you want to see your kid." To be honest, it just sounds like you yourself were confused about the backseat mirrors, when you used it to justify the product. If you're truly worried about some people not understanding how to use mirrors, why not just inform them, rather than making a blanket statement and recommending a $200 camera installation? There are some specific use cases where a camera may be justifiable, but the safety claim is just absurd.
@@dastan89 no it’s the SAME statement, I never said “everyone” should get this camera and I never said “no body” should buy a mirror. I know exactly how they work. My parents used them on me and my friends have them… You must not have kids. Because when kids do something cute looking in the rearview mirror isn’t enough. If you line up 100 parents, I bet the bulk of them are using cameras now. It’s the future. But you seem very passionate about these mirrors, so… don’t buy this.
$200 and not even 4k. No. But thank you for the review. Edit: holy crap, it’s not even 1080p, it’s 720p. This company should shift its focus onto different products.
Well, it’s a baby monitor. And it’s for traveling…Not sure why you would need 4k monitor for that. But we do have an AT HOME monitor, highest quality is 1080 and it’s the Nanit. Which is $400 sooo? But hey, it is pricey. But that’s what it’s like “having a kid” 😆 Thx for watching tho
Honestly, we have 2 of them and we haven’t had any of those issues. But we also don’t go fully wireless unless we’re traveling. No lags or freezes either way 👌🏻
