I am a nursing 1st year student...... and I live in hostel and every thing you say is true..... I am not happy with this life..... I am waiting to complete my training. ..... I feel really lonely, my roommates are very selfish and they isolate me.....Study pressure, conformity, adjustment, emotions for family, strict rules, discipline oh my god!!! it's all destroy me every day 🙂 I don't know how I am alive in this life 😭
Girl at the end u will have experience don't feel bad! Being lonely makes u strong person! U will understand it when u face hardships in future n u can overcome it better than others! See we r also a kind of animals n not everyone will be same! Just compromise n move forward!

I am leaving in hostel . Everyone says that hostel Life is a best part in our life and l was thinking also but now I have realised that if your roommate and your hostel friends are not good then your hostel Life can never be amazing . A good roommate or good friends can make hostel Life amazing . I am in hostel but my roommate is too toxic and selfish . She always thinks for herself . She doesn't help me and she always gossips about me with others . Every time we fights each other . After fighting with her l always cry because l miss my mom , Father , my family , my schools friends and That's why l am not able to continue my study now.
Same..but bro don't worry..it will get better with time.. There were times when I missed my parents so much that I thought I would almost die..but eventually it got better..so don't worry:)
Problems I face... Bad environment..can't sleep well at night..cry all nights I don't understand in college.. teachers aren't good at explanation.. I am not feeling to live at my current situation.. Currently there is nothing which I like about my institute ...... I want to return home take dummy college and then prepare for JEE with PW online batch but my father don't want to keep me home (I don't understand for wht rzn does my dad not believe me..he thinks he knows my situation better than myself..I lived my life for 1 month there and gained nothing...so definitely i will know at least something which my parents or relatives don't..he is distracted by looking at the neet result which of course will be better as I have seen some of their faculties in my doubts classes)... I strongly feel I can do better being home(as I have done few classes in PW)... Every 1 is different...not every one can do better results only by being at hostel... taking example i am unable to concentrate at all during the self study session also there are 10 students in a room I can't even read in my room...my room itself has stories which can be filmed to a movie... students there consume cigarettes.. tobacco.. alcohol and wht not...I m one who want some serious studying environment..and noo bulshits around... Currently I hate my life more than anything...I don't feel like living any more So this time if I go i promise to not call u (my family) and disturb them for ever...this may be the last note...(I will let myself live for 2 more months...as most of the people I meet tell me to wait for 3 month) All of you guys please take care of yourselves... NEVER LIVE YOUR LIFE THE OTHER ONE WANTS YOU TO LIVE...YOU KNOW YOUR LIFE BETTER...SO LIVE YOUR LIFE THE WAY YOU WANT

Guys listen as a Hosteler I am saying this If you are an extrovert and social enough to adjust to the things easily then it's a good choice BUTTT if u r an introvert and if you find difficult mingling with people then it's very hard to adjust the environment just think twice before joining hostel some of them will give too much pressure which some of us couldn't handle all the hostel r not same like we have strict schedule following where we need to wake up at 5 and we should study table 11 a.m. and after that you are you might well torture tell studying 3 o'clock are you may or may not get good food friends etc too think before joining especially in Karnataka
Dr. Dark i was also an hostel student from past 7years now i complete my my 12th and come back to home really I miss my jnv heaven😢 my hostel room, my bed , my roomates, in this video I'm completely relatated myself and really hostels are heaven good friends, good roomates, everything is too much good I think everyone in her/his life wanna experienced this life..... Yes some sides are bad also in hostel as u say in video but only Ignoreing this sides .... But really hostel life is an jail of heaven 😘😘😘 I live that life 🥰

I think that's why pg with sharing room with 3-4 fellow batch mates is the best, you will be having all pros of hostel like group study, being independent , taking responsibility and also you will get a relatively neat and clean env to live with moderate food quality & if possible you can get little privacy too, I am actually living this do I can correlate..

I would describe my experience too, its just so sad and terrible. For me i was too excited to move to hostel even though i can reach my institute within 45 minutes. You have nobody to talk, nobody to wait for you. A video call just cant cover up and you have to do everything by yourself. It was my first day here and want it to be the last day here. I am just planning to go back home and be with my family. Ik studies are important but I just so badly want to be with my family. Padhne ka mahaul to tum bhul hi jao, jor jor se gane baja rhe hote ha sab aur pure din bakbak.
I am actually a 11th student preparing for neet. And i joined for the first time.I was really a bright student who scored 97% in 10th . And now situation is like i dont feel like studying at hostel.Distractions has messed me up in this hostel. I cant even score 600+ marks in my tests , i dont know whats gonna happen in my future, expectations of my parents😞😞

I have lived this life in JNV . After 10th lived in Allama Iqbal Hall AMU Aligarh and these hostels are very good as compared to JNVs. If you don't like hostel food , you can go outside for food i.e from hotel or tiffin.
What should the people do who don't want to join the Hostel? I mean, where should they live then? Considering that their college is far away from the home, so, travelling from their home to college everyday isn't possible.

My roommate is very annoying. She talks to her boyfriends (YES MORE THEN 1 ) till 1 am in the night and then starts talking again from 6 am in the morning My classes are from 10 to 4 and her are till 1 o'clock. She takes rest till then but I can't .I am not able to say anything because she is my senior. Can I leave hostel in middle of year??
Hostel life is an amazing part of life...in which u learn various things and get lots of experiences and unforgettable memories...in ur starting year you may feel some difficulty in adjustment...but once u know how to live in that environment, you can adjust easily and handle all situations ❤️❤️❤️
It's my 1st time ... In hostel.... This is very very bad felling for me actually..... Hostel ka food is really bad.... And I came from joint family soo adat hai... Logo ke bich rhna .. but in hostel yha koi batt Bhi nii karne ata . Sab apne mein rahte hai .... So I sometimes I felt all alone .🥺....

Sir please reply to my query. I have started my mbbs journey but in hostel we are always called to senior rooms and asked to give introduction and perform something ( dance or sing ) We have to stand in thier room for hours and our legs hurt. They don't touch us but I am a single child and I have never been in a hostel. They use abusive words while talking which I'm not used to. Now we have a foundation course going on. My roommates say to adjust and they don't have money to move out nor they have informed thier parents because they think thier parents will be worried. I have told my parents about this. They told that "you are our only thing that we would ever live for. Do whatever you want. You can go to renting a house. Don't worry about money". I get called by seniors whenever I'm free and I have to write thier huge record books. I'm very very mentally sad . I have decided to move out of hostel in 2 days to a room rent (little bit costlier) with a friend who experiences the same. Please tell me am I doing everything right? Will I be called again to hostel from rented room? Will I be not allowed to play in sports of college. Will I be excluded from everything the seniors organize? Please reply sir you are my only hope now.
Frankly saying Whatever u are doing is Absolutely correct If u don't like staying in hostel then u dont need to And never try to cope with toxic ppl forcefully One of students in my hostel was tortured very much Even the non teaching staffs were bribed by students 😢😢😢to Indirectly trouble him He was greatly depressed for 2 months both mentally and Emotionally
if you are not feeling comfortable in hostel then leave it ..dont need to compromise in this type of toxic environment ..mental health is the most important thing. dont compromise on it...

You are absolutely right 😂Mera hostel life mujhe vari padha tha when I was in 11,12....I just wanted to run from my hostel .... school life hostels are difficult...bcz of their strict rule 🙂uske upr mujhe zyada bate Krna pasand nhi thi...Maine 2 sal Bina friends banaye Kati thi jo mujhe extrem level PE bhadi padha thi..I was disturbed mentally.....so hostel me friend banana zarurui hain... 😂
