Sir, why are just spreading a negativity about banking sector. If you have that much frustration from banking sector then please leave your current job and live your remaining life unemployed. All the regulatory bodies and insurance exams have limited seats where selection of chances is very less. Just see the videos of Anil agarwal sir , how he explained this scenario. Employment is the most important in todays world . People are even frustrated in SSC CGL, STATION MASTER and many other jobs. I am watching your videos from past 1 year but sorry to say sir, today i am unsubscribing your channel.

Some people don't want to accept the truth and just bombard you in the comment section if you say a tad bit bad about SBI, like SBI is their own personal organisation. All jobs has some pros and cons, its better to make a decision after evaluating all the cons, and if that works, then no one can stop you from growing and succeeding in SBI.

I was selected as a clerk at Punjab National Bank and joined in June 2022, but I resigned after just 6 months. Since then, I’ve been working as a UDC at ESIC. Last year, I focused on the RBI Assistant exam and also attempted the Bank PO exam just to stay in the flow of competitive exams. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it to the final merit list for the RBI Assistant. However, I was also selected as a PO for Bank of Baroda. Today was the medical examination, and the joining date is on September 23rd (after extension, which was given by bank, I didn't ask for it). I’ve decided not to join the bank, as working in banks has so many downsides. Those who haven’t experienced it may not understand, but those who have will surely relate. Ps: ESIC is going to recruit in beginning of next year.

What he is saying is completely rubbish firstly if you are unemployed try to get any job and then think about the next and remember there is no regular recruitment in the insurance sector but banks post vacancy every year and if everything is wrong in bank than why not everyone is leaving this job including these couples. So stay focused and get a job and then think about what you want to do next.

Each words are true ...even if someone dies in your family u wont get leaves easily. This job is suitable for Persons with no social and family life. If you love your family then you shouldn't join SBI PO. Clerks in SBI is far better job.

See sir u have made atleast 10+ videos criticising bank po jobs, maybe they have bad work life balance, maybe there are other problems, but its not like insurance sector companies have all lala land, ECGC PO have max to max 3 promotions, an average sbi po can easily get 6 promotions in his life time, if u are comparing jobs do it properly, give pros & cons side by side , and let audience choose their way out, but in all ur vidoes except 2-3 are spend in bashing bank po jobs day and night, and glorifying all other jobs as if they are all UPSC level jobs! Kindly keep ur frustration to urself rather than repeatedly splashing it into ur videos.

First of all i apologize to you brother. What he was going to point out about bankers mental agony, toxic work culture, unrealistic target and transfer threat. Due to bank credit outspaced the deposits and then rising competition among banks to attract deposit. We lost our colleague Birju Senior manager in kakkabe SBI branch at Hassan region who committed suicide for this toxic work culture. One day one banker is committing suicide in Mumbai branch. Loss of professional youth will cost nation vehemently. # We demand justice for better work culture for Bankers. #

No no SBI Po is a good job. If you are interested in insurance then you can move to SBI LIFE or SBI GENERAL INSURANCE afterwards. SBI Retirement benefitts, Social security, Home loans and Health schemes are better than regulatory bodies and any financial institutions. If you want to join bank why not SBI If you want to join Insurance why not Lic If you want to join banking supervisor why not Nabard. Still SBI is better than other banks.

I personally feel that ur telling.. I'm also in SBI now I'm regretting myself why i left my clerical job in RRB bihar,becoz in SBI ur not getting time to study for higher exam 😕..and the presure and targets of CROSS SELLING mainly Sbi life n sbi general 😢,and now a days one more target of deposit mobilization from other bank to SBI.If i get one opportunity in clerk then i will leave this job and the silenty prepare for Regulatory body exam ,now a days banking job in no more charming job sory to say but this is the real fact Of sbi big organisation they competiting with HDFC AND ICICI..BECOZ OF this presure is also big..evryone is saying silently prepare for diff exam n as soon as leave this organisation if u want peace in ur life , becos in SBI u cannot switch off ur phone also if ur branch is single man branch.

Sir your title is seriously wrong, don't use click baits...you can compare these jobs but telling not to join is not a right thing Any regulatory job will be better than sbi, but the main problem is to firstly get any job.. If anyone is unemployed then watching these videos is just a time waste. We should compare only those things where we have choices..

Request all aspirants to not apply for SBI PO. It's very hectic job. Insurance and other jobs are good. Don't join SBI PO, only join as a clerk. After some year there will be no PO, means no business means no pressure. Then SBI will not recruit any PO. Then all can join PO in HDFC and ICICI. Congratulations to all.
