Cover and simmer over very low heat for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Boil potatoes until cooked.
Chop 2 onions.
Add some vegetable oil to the pan.
Add the onion to the pan and fry for 2 minutes.
Chop 1/2 pepper and add to the onion.
1 zucchini.

Black pepper.
Cook over medium heat for 7-10 minutes.
Finely chop 3 cloves of garlic.
Cut boiled potatoes.
Melt 20 g butter.
Add garlic.
1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika.
1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Add potatoes and fry for 3 minutes.
Distribute the fried vegetables over the potatoes.
Sprinkle potatoes with 50 grams of cheese.
Sprinkle with dill.
Cover and cook over medium heat until cheese is melted.
Remove the lid and cook off the moisture over high heat.
