Often when you watch videos of one platform and use notes of the other, it takes a lot of time since they both are not in sync and you end up adding few or more points here and there.

To decide when to take breaks is a very relative thing and depends on an individual's mental capacity. It will be very wrong of me to set a time limit for you that, only after this much amount of time can you take a break. Your routine should be customised according to you. For eg. Some can sit for 2-3 hrs at a stretch and then take 15 mins break after they finish a topic. But again it's upto you how you feel comfortable and productive at the same time. Phew! Sorry for that elaborate explanation.

If you have time, then always a good idea to get into the habit of giving GTs, however don't just blindly attempt, atleast finish the pre & para clinical subjects. That will give you some confidence.
