Recently it's been so hard to focus on my home. I find myself constantly reminding myself to focus on my home, my children, my husband but I become consumed by guilt. My father had a traumatic brain injury a few months back that completely changed him. He's been in a rehab center 2 hours away. I think the guilt of not being able to help my dad or be there for my dad affects my everyday. I also feel guilty for feeling like I'm neglecting my home duties because of all the stress this situation has brought. I pray for guidance and when I do, I always get redirected back to my home life and family. As hard or guilty as it may feel, I know God wants me to stay focused on what's in front of me. I really enjoyed this video.

I often think over different news, especially the most controversial one and I noticed when I do it I am not focused or little focused on my duties as a wife and mother. Tabatha, this is so beautiful. Thank you for bringing to light what God is asking of married women; to love and honor their husbands. To be attentive to the needs of husbands and children. It’s such a beautiful message but is no longer heard. Women are so distracted trying to achieve what the world has told them they should achieve, and in that, they sacrifice what’s most important; family.
Really important message. It is so easy to think serving others out there is more important than serving those in our home. Wow. What a deception. There is indeed plenty to do in the home and there would be less people to help “out there” if more of us as moms did our job in the home with diligence and wisdom. Of course we are called to hospitality and generosity to others outside our home as needed. But the main point is: we can get our priorities out of balance and neglect our home in the name of “ministering” (sometimes wisely sometimes unwisely) to those outside the home.
Wow this is definitely something i needed to hear. Every topic you touched on has been something i continuously think about but always fall into old habits. im trying to raise my children in a different way but me not having grown up this way am sometimes carried away by what i know instead of what im trying to do. I absolutely love your videos. I do think we as homemakers, home school moms, and moms in general should still be aware of certain topics in our state government. Knowing we can't control everything but being aware of policies that affect our homes. Since, policy affects people, especially the most vulnerable, our children. I shut off the news here and there when I feel consumed. Even if we only follow a few topics that directly affect our homes and the way we raise our children. Thank you for your content it has helped me tremendously.

I love this. I was diagnosed with mild inattentive ADD recently. I've always had difficulty staying on task, focusing and not getting distracted my whole life, and now I finally know why. This video helps a lot - thank you! As far as being distracted while praying the rosary, I have really noticed praying a sculptural rosary helps keep my mind on the mystery I'm meditating on. Having videos like yours on in the background while I'm doing my homemaking tasks helps too. ❤

I do! I love it so much! As a Catholic there are just a couple statements that don’t align with our beliefs but very easy to look past as I agree strongly with the overall message.
