@@bakamono2630 even on paralettes your thumb hurt ? One leg is a pretty good progression, a miraculed thumb heal and you would have it quickly (sorry im not a native english speaker)
5am and I'm still awake. I guess I can't use the excuse your live streams are the reason I'm awake most of the night. LOL This video is amazing. All the hard work you have put in. You are the most determined person I have ever seen. You keep practicing the planche no matter how hard it is. Even injuries don't stop you. This video has made me admire you more than I already do. I notice you cant get you hips level with you shoulders. You should do hip and lower back exercises that address this. Exercise like hip raises on dip bars and Reverse hyper extension exercises to complement your planche training. your shoulders are definitely strong enough to planche as soon as your address the weak link in the kinetic chain. To take out the guess work, go to a gymnastics school for a period of time and they will address this directly.
