Anybody from Royal Palm villa if you are watching 0/5 Stars I urge the management to take stern action and provide training to their staff on basic customer service skills and respectful communication. Until then, I would not recommend Royal Palm Villa to anyone. The beautiful property is not worth the rude and unprofessional service. _Warning to the management:_ Correct your staff's behavior and language before you lose more customers. The world is watching, and reviews like this and videos on RU-vid can harm your reputation.
