Was was already a Morning Webb fan but this season he earned a new level of respect from me. He is pushing the limits 100% physically and mentally. Love seeing him win for his family!
People don't give Webb enough credit... Don't forget he also finished 3rd in the SMX championship and nobody even acknowledge it... while other dudes were crashing n burning.. I was on the Webb Wagon from the beginning of this season... He doesn't surprise me.
After the first lap I saw them do on that track I said to my wife “Coops got this in the bag tonight, this is his style track” then my boy went and made me look psychic. #WebbWagon
Quite annoying people think cooper is slow- On 250s he would come from dead last and win and won damn near every race on 250s. He just never liked the new yamaha 450 because it sucked that year he moved up and got hurt then ktm just wasn’t his bike. He isn’t finding speed out of nowhere he’s been fast.
I think he just doesn’t LOOK fast. You look at Jett and he just flows & looks fast, Tomac when he’s lit up is just stretching the throttle cable and bull dogging. Cooper is just sneaky fast and always there. No real “style” but gets it

In my opinion. This helped Jett more than he will ever realize. If he wins this championship. He will say “I can do it with a 5th. I’m faster than everyone 90% of the time I’ll win” that’s the last thing we want. I want him risking it cuz if he’s smart. It’s game over
I love the mental games and the race craft from Webb!! The way he lines up next to Jett in the heats and in the main 😂 just to constantly remind him that "wassup bro, im still here!!" He may not have the raw speed like Jett but Coops experience and his racing insticts are insane
I think the difference with Deegan is that he's finally healthy . He had a wrist injury for the first few rounds and then had the ass crack injury where he wasn't even able to sit on the bike but he's now finally good to go . He knows what he has to do and that's win out .
I saw Jett not be able take Eli in traffic, to my eye it seemed like Jett took a tow through traffic and learned how Eli goes to work, then made the pass soon as he could once they were up to chasing Anderson. Good ride by both Jett and Eli really, hard to come back from a bad start!
It's crazy to me how fast Jett can pass and sprint by seasoned guys like Eli. Definitely a new generation, but the vet guys still have plenty of fight left in them I think
@@gzano7008 Eli did that against nobodies on a track with good passing opportunities. Jett blew by Eli and made time on everyone on a track where everyone was running the same lines. He's way faster than Eli ever was. Don't kid yourself.

The most incredible run on the track was Jett through the whoops. Just on another level. These tracks are stupidly tight. Ya get a start in tenth, ya got some work to do.
Say what you want about the kid but Jett has came in and raised the level. By doing that it’s made the past champions like Tomac and Webb have to elevate their game too they ain’t just gonna get beat and not adapt to the situation.
Cutdown Cooper! His cornering won that race. Everyone this week is going to be practicing starts. Ignore the roost… if you get the holeshot, you feel like the rooster. The confidence level fits. Can Haiden hang with Levi? I can’t wait to see the showdown.

I cant believe his rear shock just exploded like that, especially going into the worst possible spot..... the whoops! Poor Kenny is out for the rest of the SX season now and it makes me so sad. He wasnt gonna win the title but he was ridiing really good, he was consistent, and was still top 5 in the pts in a STACKED class this year 😭. Shoutout to AC, Kitchen, McAdoo, Marchbanks, and Sexton also, hope all those guys are ok and recover quickly! 🙏
Deegan definitely reminds me of Cooper, in numerous ways. Even when Deegan is riding in the mains, just his style (this year particularly) reminds me a lot of Coop.
i think with Deegan, when he's out front he rides relaxed which makes him faster and when he's behind people he tightens up and pushes to hard which causes him to make mistakes
Things are much more dangerous for Jett now since the points are tied , Cooper is now nailing the starts and that's a huge problem for Jettson because trying to pass the Webbman now will be like attempting to pass Barcia and Friese together .
Yea the Star starts became OP all of a sudden.. look at the sectors where they were quicker - low grip flat turns where everyone else was fighting wheel spin 🤔

I may take some heat but I firmly believe Cooper Webb is the best racer on the gate at any given time. He’s not the fastest, not the most talented and not the ballsiest but that mf can ride and I honestly didn’t think he could hold Sexton off. He hit another gear and I will lose my mind if he pulls another. Oh and jett is going to get blasted again if he keeps cutting like that in traffic
I don’t think Jett in his interview was shook at Webbs speed at all, I think he was pissed at himself for putting himself in this position. Jett needs to put himself in a position to give himself the best chance at winning and lately he hasn’t and Webb has. Webb has been solid as usual and is riding great. If Jett is in the top 5,6,7 off the start he runs them all down imo. Going to be an exciting couple of races coming up.
There is no one better on the podium than Cooper Webb……..Coop hasn’t even started the mind games with Jett until this race…… he knows now he’s got him in the Webb……🕷️……..many have feel victim to the this, I think Webb had a chance to win his 3rd SMX Championship when he tried to show Tomac a wheel & had that get off & got his head ran over……either way, Webb will start to slowly make his way over to Jett knowing that Jett may have gotten stuck in that 🕸️Webb…….Nashville will make it or break it, either Jett breaks free from the Webb 🕸️ or Cooper will wrap him up in Nashville and slowly wrap him up for the Championship 🏆

I don’t think anyone thought Webb would be competing with Jett for the championship. Caught the fans and Jett off guard. Also this is probably the most adversity Jett has had to deal with since his second year on 250s.

Deegan needs to holeshot and win a shootout in order to make up those points...13 Points is a lot for 3 rounds. If it was only 1 person he was chasing maybe, but he needs 2 people to underperform when they have been consistently Top3
Webb was Jetts wake-up call, and Jett was shocked by Webbs speed and he actually looked worried and sounded worried. Jett had that OF F$$k look on his face. When Webb gets in Webb mode he's going to be tough to beat when he has that confidence. Jett gave Webb an inch and you never do that because Webb well take the whole championship. At the triple crown he beat them in the second moto by 12 sec. So it's that first race that effed him up in the head for a few races and he wasn't used to being in that position. I think he has that out of his head now. Haiden has never been fasted quilafer last year and this year. He was like 12 fastest in one last year and was on the podium. He is a mini Cooper 2.
Great race nice video. Just one thing on Tomac staying with Jett, didnt Jett have like an 11 second gap on him by the end? Was watching that time to leaders as well after he got Tomac it did come down to like 8.5 sec from 15 sec in 9 min +lap. Cant get those 14th place starts though or it all over for the kid.
From the moment Jett passed Eli, he had to make up 8 seconds in 9 minutes to pass Jason. He did it at the very end, making up 2 seconds on him on the final lap alone. He was too nice letting jason around the outside at the end. He could have easily closed the door. What happened there? He lost alot of time battling Eli then battling Jason and still made up 4 seconds on Webb.

He said he didn't care for that many fans at the rig during races not knowing his mane but he left because every day at the farm was like a race within a race with that many good riders and he didn't like the mental side of it. He also said he just wanted a change from that type of a program. But he never said he left just because of Deegan

Coop is going to get it done. It's the best thing for the sport. Jett won a outdoor title on hurt /aging 450 class. 450 Supercross is long season. Raw speed may not win a championship. Being consistent to the end will.

Jett is in a good spot after this race. He doesnt have to worry about maintaining a lead anymore. He can just go out and send it for the win. This points situation should take away any hesitancy in Jett for the last couple rounds.
None of these riders can match Jett's speed, especially in the outdoors. Outdoors, with a bad start, ya have more time, more space, to move forward. I think there will be discussions all week about rear tire choices, analysis of the dirt down the start straight, and how this works with Jett's technique and the power delivery of his bike. Because there are 7-8 riders that can pull a holeshot in the 450 class right now. It is critical to complete that analysis.
