Rickenbacker 330. The design and sound are very unique. This one makes me want to strum strongly like this. I didn’t use any pedals here, just reverb only. The pickup itself made this unique drive sound.
The tone of this sounds like something from an early Faces album. Thinking 'Debris'. Even though I don't think they used Rickenbackers. Cool experiment !
Get back was played with a Casino… and John is the main guitarist featured on it. On both Don’t let me Down and Get Back, George is on a Fender tele. Still, sweet playing on the 330.
Thank you!! Yes I think so. I was surprised when I took the 330 for the first time because the neck is very thin compared to Stratocaster or telecaster or Les Paul. It will be easy to grip for small hands.
@@sushi_the_beats I wanna ask some questions, if you don't mind. Did you buy it used or new? How much was it? Would you recommend getting a Rickenbacker/is it worth the price?
@@sciencefan9531 My bro-in-low gave this one to me after keeping it in a storage for a long time. I have played Fender strat, tele and Gibson ES-335ish guitar for a long time and it's totally first time to touch Rickenbacker. It's so unique and suits to some kind of music but i recommend you to touch it in a guitar shop when you have a chance!
@@sushi_the_beats I tried one out (It was a 325), it was 3,3k swiss francs (Not sure what currency you use) and for that price I'd never buy it. The first thing I saw was that it had a plastic nut, which is not what I expect if I pay 3,3k guitar. It definetly sounded way different than anythind I've tried before. But after all it was a 325 and not a 330 which is the one I'm interested in. I'm very scared in general to buy a Rickenbacker, everyone I talked to told me to get a chickenbacker instead since the quality will be better than from an original guitar.
