Hello, good tip with Artem. Did you think of me when you made the JLC Polaris? I still have one question: do you like the comfort of the double folding clasp better than the simple folding clasp, or was it just about the color of the clasp and the blue strap? If you and your wife ever come to visit the watch country of Germany and Switzerland, I would be happy to give you good tips.
@@WatchYourFront_ Well, the Polaris is a watch in the best sense of the word. I would even say that there is no better watch to read the time. That has always been the prerogative of pilot's watches, and in fact the Polaris with the black dial could even be seen as a pilot's watch. Everyone talks about the Polaris as a diving watch, but of course that is complete nonsense. In any case, it is a great everyday watch from a fantastic manufacture.
I have the gold inserts on my S&G SMP. It looks fantastic; really elevated by the gold contrast & certainly much more interesting than the ubiquitous generic oyster bracelets & clones. To each, his own eh?!
