You must have never called the police and waited 15min + for them to show up. In places like New Orleans there could be a murder in public on the street and it could take over 30min for a cop to get there. They arent superman flying in with a cape the second a gun is heard.

Ray dont FA. If you havent seen it. The inlaws had a run in with Ray before and Ray killed the brother. later Ray was watching a friends kid who was kidnapped while shopping with Rays daughter. Ray assumed it was in retaliation for the brothers death. But they actually had nothing to do with it.
