Massive thanks for making this video! Also, were you getting vibrations on your X axis while running a job?

Thanks! I was not getting vibrations on my x axis but if you has a few stuck bearings I could see that you might have some.

@@HilltopSierrawhat’s your thoughts on just using a zoom spout oilier to pump oil up in instead of disassembling all that stuff?

I did it, I took the zoom spout oil out and put the vactra Mobil 2 the machine requires and without having to disable the machine. I shot a squirt in it. I too was not looking forward to dis assembling the machine, especially if I don’t need to and the Carbide 3d video says you don’t need to dis assemble the machine. Just be careful with the screws I used a mirror and placed it on the bed so I can see where the screws are going in. Or you can just slide the axis all the way forward. Hope this helps

@@RaulCastillo-pw8et Nice! I have been getting some chattering when it travels all the way down onto the bit setter? Iv lubed the worm gear but do you think the bearing need it again?

So there are a total of 4 oil posrts? Does each block have 2 oil port screws, 1 on top and 1 on bottom? Or just one?
