@@StudywithSudhir @Study with Sudhir sir, but I don't have online tution, but have online school classes , and I, to understand maths and science watch RU-vid videos, for every chapter, and for each chapter in physics, videos are about 6-7hrs in total, but I have only 3hrs in that also, I am utilizing 1hr for chemistry, physics etc. I understand that we need to think like an athlete, but in that case athlete has to focus on only one goal, a cricketer loves cricket and he practises the same thing everyday with variations, he never steps into football passionately, (although he does play but that's not required for his career, personal benefits) my school ,I don't know what they teach, as a student I can't blame the teacher. But my frequency never matches with most of school teachers I got. We are done with English portion, mov,treasure trove, and our teacher was blazingly fast. We didn't even got time to make notes. Please sir, I have watched your videos when I was in 9th and I am depended on you for my literature . Please help me how do I tackle this situation. Past months, I have made a lot of time tables, rejected many of them, no motivation, my head starts to frustrate when. I require long videos, because few teachers here are amazing, somewhere deep in my heart I have that spark, that I can do it, but it's not getting ignited . I lose confidence motivation, I have tried many remedies. I have lost hope. Please suggest how can I overcome this. I apologize if my tone was bad.

Hi Sudhir Sir I am watching this video now , and it is already 15 Oct , i have completed most of my Chapters but i am not sure about it when it comes to a test or QNA. I sleep on alternate days i.e. I get up 1 full night , this results in lack of sleep and other issues. do not memorise. Understand. If you know you are ``wasting'' time it means you are allowing your mind to wander. Tell your mind to mind its business and focus on the job at hand :)
