What is funny is that she is someone who really does want to do the right thing, and Jesus ends up feeling a little embarrassed. The best part? There is a story in the Gospels where a woman gets Jesus to heal her daughter by, essentially, shaming him! Mark 7:24-31 and Matthew 15:22-28. In the context of the culture, the woman called Jesus out. So I appreciated that this had some gentle humor, really.

@@andrewofmo1091 yes, gentle humor with him is no problem to be done. In a almost perfect world, comedians could do some jokes here and there, just not too frequently. I looked at what this story was, it was a famous one, but it was not a "I called you out" situation. Jesus decided to not help her for the stated reason, and the woman was REALLY good on her answer and showed that she really believed in him, so he changed his mind. I think it's somehow when you (if you are catholic) ask for him to heal your son, and he doesn't do. But then you ask again in a REALLY better/strong way, and he does.

There’s a way that seems right to a man But Ends in Eternal death- Proverbs something! Death is a continuous state because you sin against eternal God, you get eternal punishment! It’s also the same verse where we get the law of entropy from in science Genesis 2:17, The first sin cursed the whole universe into dying! Adam and Eve ate from the fruit and they were promised they would die that day and adverse and they did not die in a finality state they started dying spiritually and physically; death is a continuous state, you’ll never be annihilated in hell! You need to escape hell now there’s no 2nd chances on judgment day!
