@@soldiersgr996because if you put her on back sides, she only extracts energy on one front hero. If you put her in back mid, she'll extract both, causing her to get more energy

Everyone did this at some point in Afk arena. I did for ascended Shemira and mythic Rowan back in the day and i don't regret that was the most fun i had to cruise in campaign. Also if i remember correct it was at 29-60 that you have use one team and everyone stuck their i did something similar their but i forgot...

I've used tons of ascended heroes as fodder. There are plenty that see basically no use. Glad to get some use out of them.

I do this all the time, basically because i have almost all 4f heroes on 5* already. That's the only way to get rid of duplicates.

I did that with shemira to upgrade my mythic shemira to mythic +. Once I saw I needed two more copies to get her ascended i never did it again

I've done it before. I sacrificed a e+ Grezhul. It isn't the end of the universe but don't make it a habbit.

I do it all the time. Except celehypos and awakened heroes, I have every other hero at 5 stars, so, they have no other use whatsoever.

Usually daimon is back line and you need two sustainable tanks and supports

Actually not a terrible idea. What's a terrible idea is doing Grez before Daimon/Edwin, really. People should use heroes they don't plan on getting to ascended any time soon as fodder more often, Nara would be like, what, 8-9th priority in the faction? That's quite a few months of time you just have copies sitting you won't use.
