All those informal expressions are kind of funny when used in the profession. I have found the most humorous one was "hey man! Can I ask u a ques ?" 🤪🤣🤣🤣

When I was a kid my mother would say “Lower your voice!” I would lower it like Barry White. Poor woman : )

1. What's up:- how are you or how are you doing 2. what you want/need? instead of saying this, we can say, how can I help you? 3. Shut up!/hush/sush:- Please be quiet or can you please lower your voice? 4. I have to pee.:- I have to use the restroom .🚺 5. Sorry about that:- I apologize for that 6. Does that make sense:- what are your thoughts I'd like your opinion on this 7. huh/what?:- can you repeat that? Or what do you mean by that? 8. hey!:- excuse me 9. Sweet!:- that's great, that's sounds great, fantastic 10. Dude/Man/chick:- the person's name depending on the workplace standard. Oh, that's wonderful I've learned all of these expressions Thanks, Venessa.

Fancy meeting you today!😉 On the contrary, I love using slang expressions, I feel more relaxed and much more closer 'n' similar to real natives when I use them (commonly idioms, interjections). However, I wouldn't be using them at workplace as you said in the video. It seems to me, that depends on exact workplace 'n' your boss, colleagues that you work with. Somebody understands you correctly, with fun, and someone unluckily, doesn't understand you! Anyway I'll be speaking as the way as I really want!👌
