incredibly real . i never even comment on these vids, but i live for them !! my bf and i talk about how interesting it is that i appear as just a little data point in viewership analytics, while i have this whole parasocial sense of understanding of the person on the other end of the screen/ camera .. drew (hi if ur reading this :p) has no clue like anything about me and my bf let alone the tangential ways that he has impacted my life by being a character within it .. idk i find it fascinating bc he even adresses these things in his videos & it is refreshing to have the other side of that expressed thru the rly earnest way that he goes about these 2nd channel vids. :p

i lost one of my parents to cancer this year and the surviving parent is now involved in horrifying and abusive cult behavior, so really i lost both parents. most nights it is hard to breathe. i live in alone in a big city but an hour of drew monson is more grounding than DBT and i am forever grateful for that. i can’t wait for the day i’ll be able to listen to you talk whilst i am not in crisis. also i know this is weird to post publicly but *shrug emoji* amiright
