I want to get immersed and give this game its scary credit. But damn man. The random shouting noises and loud sound effects outta nowhere is so cheap! Jump scares can have a better lasting effect when done organically. The movie ‘It Follows’ and ‘VVwitch’ practices creepy to jump scare mechanics. Organic occurrences leave a lasting effect. This game is really the 2000s video cam experience that blaire witch started then added loud noises for cheap scares. I’m just upset at this game’s lost potential….. :/ edit: my point is it gets boring after the first jump scare. After that it becomes into a game of “ok this extended silence means there is a jump scare in about 5 mins.” It becomes predictable. I’m no horror expert but I feel like we are repeating the same cycle of horro fandom that five nights at freddie’s started. It can be argued that these type of scare games are more marketable.

Great video as always!!! I have to say tho, I think we need you to play Puppet Master: The Game!!! You are the absolute best at these playthroughs and I’ve watched a couple of RU-vidrs play it, but it most definitely needs your touch!!! I was so excited to hear that it finally released!!! I’ve heard nothing but good thing and if I had one wish for Christmas, it’s a SHN playthrough of this game!!! Can someone explain what happened in this forest town please?? I have a few theories but I want to hear someone else's opinion on what happened. I saw someone else play this game and in their gameplay they ran across a newspaper in the homestead that said city bombing. Also I'm seeing ritual sacrifices of people all over the place. Also in the other person's gameplay they ran across a ship in the forest with all that being said here are my two theories of what happened: THEORY 1: The Land was cursed along time ago and whoever flew over or sailed passed or drove out to the place died horrible deaths (we see an airplane a ship and vehicles on the property) either by ritual sacrifices as seen in the game or by other means. Also anyone who did survive got out of there before the land was cursed. THEORY 2: A cult or serial killers were present in this place and for whatever reason were killing residents of the place and it was so terrible that local proper authorities decided to wage a nuclear disaster on the place to stop the bloodshed. Evidence of the nuclear disaster is the body who looks like he's dressed in a radiation suit in the barn he looks like a astronaut. The authorities gave people a chance to evacuate the place before nuclear disaster. Those who survived fled to other places living normal lives. Those who didn't survive are the spirits of people who died during nuclear disaster and jumpscare us through the whole game these spirits were regular people living in the town who got killed by the cult I mentioned or died by nuclear disaster. Evidence of this is people who were sacrificed in a ritualistic manner and hung up side down from ceilings and blood smeared everywhere with symbols drawn from the blood. Also again the body in the barn who looks like a astronaut is evidence of nuclear disaster probably to get rid of the cult I mentioned earlier (also the newspaper in the homestead). Now the spirits wander the town thirsty for revenge hence the jumpscares we get through the whole game. Well what does everyone think of my theories?? Please comment and let me know.

The VERY SCARIEST PART is the house. Cuz when he trys to enter the room, it shuts the door. And when he opens the door room, he gets jumpscared bye A CREEPY LITTLE GIRL THAT HAS A WHITE DRESS AND WHITE HAIR

Honestly, this game is just boring. Cool concept, but cheap and outdated execution. To it's core this game is just your basic 2013 UNITY engine horror rollercoaster. With main feature being - player microphone, that could be easily turned off defying any purpose of this mechanic, leaving you with cheap screamers that can't even harm player...
