Behaviors are condemned in the Bible. A person can point out behaviors that would send someone to hell but still not use condemning words to define a person who is committing behaviors that are condemned. In other words, don't accuse a person or pass judgement on a person but with love direct them away from the behaviors that would send them to hell. That would be a true act of love to provide information that would help any sinner turn away from their sin and be saved from eternal punishment.
