i think its good to have crit damage also but having enough crt rate is better. I am just waiting for the standard 5s sword so i can get almost 60 crit rate for Rover :)

You need crit rate for crit damage to work. Cause crit rate is basically a chance for crit damage. So to have consistent crit damage on most hits, you need over 50% crit rate. At this point, mathematically ideal is 1:2 ratio between crit rate and crit damage. I don't know yet how it works in practice and details in WuWa though.
