Damn! How have I never heard of this guy?!? That voice is insane. 🤯 Haunting. Otherworldly. I just read a comment under the original video, and it sums it up perfectly...This man sings like an actual angel exiled from Heaven.
I suggest you just shuffle play all his music. There is not a bad song. Some of my favorites are "The Shadow", "Pendulum Swing", "Hellhound", "Haunted", "Brother". I love reaction videos of Shawn James...never negative, always shocked. Some of his live performances are my favorite because of the amount of emotion. He is truly a gem that does NOT need to be hidden anymore. Any Last of Us 2 fans check out his song "The Guardian" which was written for the game.
I liked the original, but I love this version even more. Shawn is such a humble kind and overall awesome person. So happy I got to know him while he is still a star to meet face to face after concerts.
I know you say this is this the most boring reaction video ever but like you said you are captivated by Shawn's voice. His voice has the power to just pull you in and hold you there, the power and soul he has is amazing. To me this is exactly what I expect from reaction videos of him, completely awestruck lost to the music. If you have only listened to this and Delilah you really need to go check out more of his stuff, his cover of losing my religion is amazing as well as Ain't no sunshine when she's gone.
shawn james is one of my favorite singers, you wont regret any music, rly listen to son of the wolf, its one of my favorites too (it doesnt have a music video but I still recommend it highly)
Like I mentioned in the chat, Through The Valley should be next. It’s his biggest hit for a reason, but make sure to do his recent re-release of it with the music video. Also, his cover of Ain’t No Sunshine is phenomenal. Curse of the Fold is definitely my favorite off his most recent album.

I've went to this guys show once and he was so humble! For a straight hour before starting he made sure he spoke to everyone there and took pictures etc and his voice is exactly thr same in person 🤤
