Hahh.... This might explain why he seems so powerful with Archer's arm than Archer himself. I had originally just assumed that Shirou somehow got Archer's magic-circuits and mixed with his own, he had been able to pour more Od into his magecraft.

Well, it's more because Archer isn't deployed as a Counter Guardian, so he's running on way less juice than normal, and limited by a class container, while proper CG EMIYA would have all his power at once.

Servants are said to be only a fraction of the heroic spirit in the throne, put into a class container, so makes sense

When it comes to EOR (End of Route) Shirou as an adult before died, which version of him is the strongest. The Fate Route before he entered Avalon The UBW Route as an adult HF ending. I feel like in that sense it would be Fate Route EOR Shirou because the illustrations of last epiosode implied that he too got his Reality Marble and on top of that he is the only one who can summon Avalon because of his strong bond with Saber.

But we do know that in all three route (except maybe Heaven's Feel because Shirou doesn't train as much anymore because of his body) that Shirou after the war surpass Archer when he reach adulthood. This makes it that Shirou doesn't need to make a contract with Alaya in any other route and somehow prevent another timeline where Archer/Emiya is made. So, until we can confirmation from Nasu himself, we can only try to figure out ourselves on who actually is the strongest version of Shirou.

He isn’t overrated, quite the opposite. I’m just kinda sad that some people focus one variation of Shirou rather than his whole character. It makes me feel like the odd one out.

As one of the guys who've already read the VN, it's widely known that Shirou is a well-written character, and I blame anime fans (also Zero fans, mostly cancerous fans who haven't read other Type-Moon stuff before) who overlooked and killed his character. There are still other underappreciated guys in Type-Moon universe tho, like Shiki Tohno and Shiki Ryougi, and the rest of Nasuverse characters who belong in other series. Please watch/read or play Nasu's other masterpieces too. MY OBSERVATION BASED ON WHAT I'VE SEEN IN THE COMMUNITY IN ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS: Shirou is not overrated. It's just that some of the fans are genuinely annoying, to the point where they've upset other fans with their somewhat awful perspectives on powerscaling (lul, this is definitely toxic), headcanons/ships, and other topics. Basically, they shove their takes in everyone's throats. Imagine everyone doing that to you. Of course, you'll get turned off too because of it.

Definitely, Miyuverse Shirou shows that a Shirou who is properly trained can solo an entire Grail War. While Bazett is strong, she only really has her enhancements and Fragarach. SHirou, on the other hand, is incredibly versatile due to his Tracing and UBW; I'm 99% certain that Shirou at his peak could beat her.
