Bay city is great if your rich. Mostly poor people live here and homelessness is on the rise. Greed is killing Bay City 900 per month for a tiny 1 room apartment. I am disabled and was born this way and my disability is only 1000 per month. Take out rent and phone and I am broke. Its stupid.
