i bet there will be more about shipwrecked than reing of giants and hamlet.. Im saying that because SW is tecnically the harder DLC of Don't starve. Not saying that the others are easy,just saying that SW is harder.

You can actually. If you complete adventure mode the character you're playing gets put on the throne and swapped out for whoever was sitting on the throne before hand. The character sitting on the throne is saved over multiple saves so this lets you swap characters out with any save you want.

Huh, sorry I missed that but I genuinely did not experience that in my time with him today... I even went back to test it myself after reading this comment and I still didn't have that happen?! Perhaps cause I am in the Beta Branch currently and things are occasional wonky but either way thanks for letting others know!

@@katherinestirling2440 why do shadow hands exist in the game, it's game logic to start of with, plus it might be, the fact that since you can kill shadows, perhaps you can do damage in a similar way

@@dylanpyle6500 shadow hands only come around when you are close to insanity and the shadows only try to kill you if you are insane or if spawned from an actual entity. And do note that they are also in a world made from a book.. about shadow magic. Not projector magic I can also say that shadows and projections are 2 completely different things and destroy that arguement instantly And if he was a projection then how come he doesnt disappear when under a roof? I would assume that the projector has to be in the sky like a satellite almost, otherwise a projection would be impossible. So there must be a projector somewhere.. right? I doubt it Still dont know how to explain wagstaff looking like some old cartoon when close to death. Maybe that happens to old people in this game world?

@@dylanpyle6500 i also found it odd how you tried using "game logic" to explain shadow hands in game but then use the arguement that since you can *kill shadows* you would also be able to kill a projection like thats not also game logic as well

@@katherinestirling2440 I thought you might understand, but clearly, I was wrong, so let's try to fix that my point is shadowed aren't really killed but are like projections of them, but they can be killed, well there projection but not the shadow indefinability themself, so would seem with Wagstaff since Wagstaff is seen as a projection himself, so perhaps they have the same problem.

I think it really would be interesting, how Wagstaff would interact with codex umbra

they're gonna nerf him if he's in dst, just like they nerfed maxwell.

why should he be nerfed, not all of us switch characters constenly

@@dylanpyle6500 I wonder if they would even try since Wagstaff has mentioned wanting to speak with Maxwell about the constant. I feel like if the two ever met, there would be a lot of DS lore that could be potentially exposed too soon and too fast to the point it would be better to never have him as a multiplayer character in DST.

Wagstaff is available without DLC.

wagstaff is not a hamlet exclusive

I'm not sure as the trailer for Hamlet did include Wagstaff.

He's on console but not dst I think he is on hamlet

Not really a noteworthy downside per-say because 1) It's incredibly obvious and there is no need to highlight the fact that you will be blurry without his goggles because that is literally a mechanic of his character and 2) It doesn't prevent you from wearing them, at all. You absolutely still can if you don't mind playing that way.

The Beard 777 eh, just see most gloss over it, personally I see it as a bigger concern than most make it out to be, though looking back it is kinda common sense, just a thing I see many say he’s OP, which he kinda is, but the blurry vision can be rougher than it first appears at times
