Imagine being an ancient being and waking up long after your death just to find a fish with a chicken wing for a weapon who poorly speaks English and a talking robot also using a chicken wing as a weapon and pigging out on spoiled perogies
I have to say, this DLC looks gorgeous. The colors and designs are so pleasing to the eyes. After this and Shipwrecked, it's practically impossible to go back to normal Don't Starve, with it's purples, browns and greys
Wheeler: *Being chased by a huge mob of evil ghost pigs, shadow monsters, possessed frogs and a giant magical shadow boss* Also Wheeler: *goes under tree during light sprinkle* "I'm staying here so the weather doesn't get me."
What I wonder is why he wears armor sometimes in his vids, like you just record some random boss fights hoping to not get hit and let fate take its course?
Klei : *fully release hamlet with more boss* also Klei : "but wait, there is more...." *adding character who can dodge* Gellot : *watching menacingly behind his monitor* Gellot viewer : "ah shit...here we go again........"
Not that this is not amazing, but Wheeler is by far the easiest to do this with. You think it's possible with other chars as well, or the dodge and gun are a must?
@softscales I think he could still beat it , But time is an essential part of a no damage run. The more time passes the more chance of you screwing up and getting hit.
This guy got most of this bosses in BETA with Warbucks.... or Wilson? I don't remember, but this is not the first time he's done the Hamlet bosses with no damage.
Hamlet bosses are some of my favorite, they're all so unique and fun to fight. And also I would say they're some of the hardest bosses in my opinion. SW bosses are way to easy and RoG bosses while awesome aren't too difficult (excluding dragon fly she's a pretty good one)
That last one looks like so much fun to do for the first time, not knowing whats coming! I'm not planning on getting hamlet, but now i regret that decision.
It's the same kiting pattern as with Pigs, just less time to hit them after they swing their weapon (it's better if you fight at dusk/night as they will instead use a torch, and it doesn't set you on fire) Just step a few inches away when they attack, instead of a few feet And hitting them also forces them to strike back (unless you're too far, but they will still run towards you), unlike with normal Pigs Or i guess you can tank it out with log armor at dusk (during which they use a torch, which deals way less damage)
I hadn't actually seen any of these bosses, but glad to know that when i get around to my mod that adds the Eater Of Worlds from Terraria I have a base creature i can modify (Pugalisk) The way it moves is exactly what I had in mind
Oh. Ok then. And yea. I personally was never a MH player. Idk what it was specifically about it. I just couldn't get into it. So I'm actually surprised at how much I'm liking dauntless. I guess you could say that it's a more "simplified" version of MH? Idk. It feels as if it was built specifically for those who couldn't get into MH. Just like me. If that makes any sense. If not sorry. Anyways. Cant wait to see more awesome stuff from you. Keep cool man. I really liked that one game you played. I think it was called the textorcist? I cant remember. You played as a private exorcist and had to dodge and type letters. Damn man. There's no way that could have been easy for you. Its definitely not something I'm capable of for sure. So your awesome.
Hello, bro. I don't know if you could see this comment, but I like your videos very much, and I really admire your skills as well; however, people in my country couldn't go on youtube to see these awesome videos. So I would like to transfer some of these videos to my friends, and label the original author. I really love your videos, keep on ! ; )
Pretty much all bosses: A worm that hates dry fountains The weakest and worst queen you’ll ever see A ancient demon who is really weak and spawns in a apocalypse MECH
Great play like the previous however i was sort of looking forward to seeing u stick with max. Also, the previous had wider variety of weaponry, felt more serious and tense.
When I Fought the pug I had a couple of grenades of the coconut variety just like two of them can can kill it I also tested it with an obsidian one and it one shot it
is it my bad luck or did they update the ancient herald? the ghost pigs he summons do not disappear like the ones here, also he rarely spawns night crawlers. For me the nightmare creatures he spawns are either 3 or atleast 2 terror beaks. I activated the living artifact and managed to beat him but has like only 10%remaining. I tried just going all out on him while around 40 or 50 minions surround me and the game crashed saying disable mods. Had that crash like 5 times and finally beat him. So is he buffed or is it just my bad like with the summoning, as i recall i get like 8 or 10 terror beaks hunting me?
