Don't Starve Together (Season 3) - #45 - Bearger Attack! (finale) 

That. Was. Spectacular. Whoever edited this gets all the cookies for not showing Pryce during the whole thing until he charges in with a tiny spider army. The only thing missing was epic battle music.

Season One: Result - Rik setting the base on fire, followed by a surprise attack from a Deerclops. Season Two: Result - Attacked by a large pack of Hounds, spends eternity as a ghost band. Season Three: Result - Surprise attack by a Bearger, the Bearger, and a fire destroyed the base -again, thanks to Rik :) -, and Spiders successfully kill the enemy. (And surprisingly, Rik's the last survivor.... amazing) But dies in a spider attack, ironic.... Season Four:??? ...will it continue...?

Price: my army is coming! (a second later) they're all dead!!!

Rik: Omg it does exist! Bearger: Omg it does exist!

Jas: You're lighting our base on fire! Rik: No i'm not, no i'm not, no i'm not This was a great series! 10/10 would watch again

I’m dying this was great 😂😂 I love how Price’s spider army was actually good for something in the end.

Entertaining fight, which is what really matters. When you hear a giant spawning, get the heck out of your base! Bearger only has 6000 HP in multi player. He should be easy to kill, same as in single player. Lead him through the forests until he spawns enough tree guards, then let the tree guards kill him.

Oh man, that was so incredible I had to watch it twice! Oh man, after just discovering these guys, and binge watching this whole series, that was just epic.

Season 4 rule number 1: NO PETS.

I've been binge watching this series (it's my first watch through lol) and I was like "I wonder how many episodes are left" and then I saw finale in the title and cried THE FLEVENGERS ARE GONEE D,:

The bearger looked like it only came to find food. I played him in my world and he destroyed all the bee hives and the beeboxes I had near my base just to eat the honey from it. Then he wandered off somewhere else and was only aggroed when we attacked him but once it was winter he fell asleep and we finally had all the gear we needed to attack it. But it kept putting us to sleep while fighting so we all died. You guys had a truly good run and I hope ya'll will have a season 4 and dominate this game!

I'm binging this now, I almost forgot how epic of a team these guys are 😂

Several years late, just got back into watching you guys and I have to say: It wouldn't be a Stumpt DST finale without Rik accidentally setting the base on fire some how XD Beautiful ending, the best way to have ended this season. If you guys had tried to continue after, whatever end you had wouldn't have lived up.

wow. this season was golden. I was so excited to see how would price and rik play out with the same characters they had the first time around, and they did great, the spidernest clearing saga really redeemed them. Its so good to see the amount of things you guys learned after two seasons led you to surviving more than a whole year. If this season has villain, if any, that sadly would be ash, he was very handy in every other season, but this time the moded characters got the best of him. Rik was the one to die the most, and for stupid reasons may i add. Ja(s/z)mine keeps on being the mvp.

Stumpt if you do a 4th season of this series I'm gonna share some advice. If you want to kill Bearger craft a telelocator staff and place a telelocator focus into a very thick forest biome. Go to the place where you teleported Bearger and, from there agro him to destroy alot of trees. This will spawn Treeguardians and give you alot of wood. Two tree guardians is about enough to kill him (Depending on which type of guardians). This is the one of the cheapest methods to killing him. This also helps by letting him not able to touch your base since he is teleported away before he gets to do anything. Hope this helps.

The Bearger attack couldn't have been a better ending to a series in my opinion. Great job, guys!

For someone with Arachnophobia, That was the happiest I have ever seen tons of spiders and a Spider Queen

You can definitely start again. It's not easy to start over and do another base but still.... Edit:I didn't watch the WHOLE EPISODE, but it apparently was the finale, so, wow.

This should go without saying, but to avoid having your base destroyed by a boss, make sure to either base near or on top of a wormhole (to teleport quickly out) let the boss spawn in and then go back home. Also, Bearger is easily beaten, just lure him to a dense forest and keep his aggro on you. He'll eventually spawn in a treeguard that'll aggro to him then the two will fight. If he spawns in more than 1 treeguard then bearger WILL die because he doesn't do enough damage to kill 2 at once. His drops are also pretty worthless aside from the meat, honestly. The living logs, logs, and other stuff he'll farm for you though is much needed. Or you can do what you did this time, bring Bearger to a huge spider field and let him fight them. Spooder drops for days.

Im really hoping for another season. My sides hurt so much from this. Well done all cracking game . I need more flavengers in my life

I’m so happy on how the Spider vs Bearger war went

Tips to survive easier in season 4 (if you do a 4th season, you should use some mods, like maybe the achievements mod or item mods.) Tip 1: To avoid wetness to 100%, wear any type of hat (aside from a Garland) and hold an umbrella at the same time, it provides 100% wetness resistance. Tip 2: To defeat any boss, bait out its first attack, run back in and hit it a few times, then dodge their next hit, repeat until death. Tip 3: During winter you can kill Mac Tusk for a chance at a Tam 'o Shanter and a walrus tusk which can make you a cane. Tip 4: USE THE TAM 'O SHANTER!! It gives you sanity at night time (provided you're in light) and will constantly restore your sanity over time. Its sanity gain is more than the passive night drain, so you should never go insane while wearing one. Tip 5: Lure the hounds to an active treeguard or pig village because you don't have to fight them. Also you can use their teeth to repair your clothing, such as the Tam. Tip 6: If you pick flowers for sanity, don't eat them or make a garland. Let them spoil for early rot to fertilize berry bushes. Tip 7: if you have a lot of extra edibles and need manure, wait until a full moon and drop a stack near a werepig. It will eat the pile nonstop until it's all gone or the full moon wears off. You guys pretty much know what to do from here on out, this is just a little list to help you. Bonus Tip 8: Always make sure you have at the very least a campfire (not firepit) precrafted in your inventory so that when night hits and you have no resources you can just place it down instantly, I personally never leave base unless I KNOW I'll survive the night.

Goddamn was that an amazing finale! It kinda feel like a cartoon or a movie about the set up to this perfect finale of spider man building an army of spider,rick trying so hard as bruning forests to find the bearger or even the avengers thing all is kind of a final character arcs to this serie. And im not sure if uyou guys should startover as in not so soon coz were kinda having too much of dst right now coz sometimes these DS series kind feel a bit boring with nothing happening(not anymore with thus finale to the collection!) And the perfect coincidence of it being nighttime and everything makes this even better than the deerclops finale from ss 1 and i would love for this to be an animated serie! (And that finale dog scene really feels like a post credit scene), GOOD JOB STUMPT!
