As predicted the Atlanta Hawks stayed put at #1 and decided to draft the French phenom Zaccharie Risacher. Risacher fits in nicely at either forward spot for the Hawks. He'll be a fun transition mate for Trae Young too. Does Atlanta get back into the playoffs after this selection?
