If you pick the unevolving Tyrogue then 22B is demon with three meter

22B with 3 bars, only works if it's round 2 and you don't evolve i think

not sure if you have to manually cancel evo or if it works if you just never get a chance to use your specials round 1

Cancel your evolution round 2 by mashing B before you evolve. Then with 3 bars input 22B.
