How to make a super moist Banana Chocolate Chip Bread.
Here's what you'll need:
3 overripe bananas (mashed)
1/2 cup brown sugar (100g)
1 egg
1/3 cup oil (80ml) or butter
1/3 cup milk (80ml)
1 tsp vanilla exctract (5 ml)
1 cup all purpose flour (125g)
1 tsp baking soda (4g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder (2g)
1/2 cup chocolate chips

I baked this cake today,it turned out great. Moist and delicious. I used muffin cup and baked for 25min.I reduced brown sugar to 85gm,I added choc chips and Walnut too,it turned out perfect Thks for the recipe

I usually use raisins. I mix them/coat them with the flour. Then they don't sink to the bottom. I'll try it with chocolate chips next time. Thanks for the idea!!

I just had to re-post again…..I’ve just made this bread for a 2nd time this week! It’s honestly amazing, my husband adores it. This is going to be a staple in our house now, totally stunning, mine took 45mins and I took it out the oven when my Thermapen read 86 deg C when in the middle of loaf, it MELTS in your mouth….make it you will not regret it xxxxxx

I made it yesterday. One of the best banana cake recipes. The only difference I made was to replace the chocolate chips with walnuts. It turned out moist and soft. Thanks for sharing.

If anyone needs to know the smaller of the 2 loaves featured here is perfect for a 2lb loaf tin….. I made this bread yesterday, wow! I literally ate 1/3 of it as soon as it was cool enough! It’s stunning and just as lovely today (next day)…... So tender and moist, melted in our mouths……. I’ve just eaten even more, I can’t stop! ……also I’d like to say, the music in this video is beautiful, I just love it……thank you for another fabulous tutorial…..lots of love and keep safe xx✨xx

I just finished baking and it turned out great. It's so moist, tender and delicious. Since I didn't have any chocolate chips and walnuts, I added caramel chips instead. I prefer this recipe over others that includes butter. Thank you for sharing.

I made this today and it took so long it came out it's a full loaf of bread but it took so long and it looks kind of burnt but it tastes good I don't think I'll ever make it again though but it tastes good mine doesn't look nearly as nice as yours

Can't tell you how loaves of banana bread I've made but have never been satisfied. They always seem to be too dry. Think I'll try this with butter. Plus I've never added chocolate chips. Think I'll also add just a tad bit of cardamom and/or ginger. Thanks for the recipe... 🙏

What should be the setting of the oven? With fan or without? Also my last try of this recipe it came out wet inside, I don't know what's wrong because my 1st-3rd try were definitely fine but the 4th & the last one which I used disposable tin pan, the bread became wet inside
