This one brings back good memories...when i was in 8th grade at school we had a concert: choir, orchestra and some solo singers including me. I had the honor to perform this song in front of 1500+ people. A one time chance for me. God was i nervous...Thank you, Jared. 🥰

Great performance as always. And the message of this song is spot on. Having the right attitude can make even the worst situation better. It won't solve your problems on it's own. But it's definitely a good first step. The part where it says that worrying will make your troubles double illustrates this nicely. I remember on the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition television show, a man died and they were working on a home for his family. And they made a placard with one of his favorite sayings. "There are a lot of things to think about but nothing to worry about." I've learned to take that philosophy to heart. I try to see challenges in life as puzzles to solve rather than something that needs to fill you with worry or dread. Because worrying just takes time and energy that could be better spent actually solving your problems. And that's what this song is talking about. It's not saying your life will be perfect or that you will never run into trouble. It's saying that there is a better way to approach solving those problems and to have a good life in spite of them.
