Because in most vlad games it is much more beneficial to max e first before you max r. The damage, healing and cd reduction you get from putting points into ult isn’t worth sacrificing e damage.

From one of his guides, I think he said that leveling his r at level 11 doesn't increase the damage by that much, but having an extra point in e to help with waveclear and farming jungle camps and stuff is really nice

You delay levelling your ult up again until lvl 14 because the extra damage from your e is generally way more useful than the 100 extra you get on your ult. Don't make the mistake I did though and not level it past 1st rank until lvl 17/18, the damage feels so terrible if you go w max before putting more points in r.

Much better wave clear, as opposed to like 100 flat damage on r and nothing else. Plus you probably end up dealing the same damage through your e in a fight

He just comments and enjoys the continual banter. Some people like it quiet to focus, others listen to music, some like to talk. Different people prefer different things. I can understand if you don't like that, but it's normal.

from my expirience it requires more iq than 99% of the games out there but because its a team game 9/10 times your bot is just gonna feed the enemy the kills you gave them or your jungler is randomly going to solo invade and give a 700g shutdown.
