Its hard to describe but basically its from a french event that happened on twitch earlier this year call GTARPZ ^^ a lot of streamers gathered to do a big roleplay in Gta V for only 2 weeks and this was Donatien de Montazac played by Antoine Daniel ( if you aren’t french this name doesn’t rig a bell but he is pretty popular ^^)
